Buying, Answered

The questions every operator asks before ordering equipment from China.

What is the minimum order (MOQ)?

Flexible. We supply single units for testing as well as full multi-unit fleets and complete park packages. Tell us your venue size and budget and we’ll propose a fit.

What are your payment terms?

30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. For first orders with new buyers we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C). Large equipment orders are paid by bank wire (T/T), not credit card.

How long from order to delivery?

Total = production time + roughly 4–6 weeks sea freight, plus destination customs and last-mile. We quote the exact lead time per order up front — it’s made to order, no “in stock” surprises.

How is it shipped — and can you handle logistics?

By container (FCL or LCL) through a freight forwarder. We quote FOB by default; DDP (door-to-door) is available on request. Large items are crated for ocean freight; we advise the most cost-effective loading.

Do the products have certifications?

We keep electrical-safety, EMC and CB test reports on hand. For specific markets we support CE (EU), UL / ETL (North America) and SASO (Saudi). We provide the documents your venue, insurer and inspector need.

Can you customize colors, themes or the whole park?

Yes — colors, liveries and themed designs (including full themed-park concepts), plus integration of other equipment sourced and packed into one shipment.

What about spare parts and after-sales?

Spare parts are kept in stock and shipped fast to keep your floor running. We support you after installation, not just at the sale.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We manufacture go-karts and bumper cars in our own factory in China, and integrate the rest of the park from a mature supply chain. No middleman markup on our core lines.

How do I get a price?

Send an inquiry with your country, venue and the equipment you’re considering. We reply within 24 hours with a proforma invoice (PI): specs, unit prices, FOB terms and lead time.
